So that you know a bit about me...I began my photography career back in the mid-90's while earning my undergraduate degree in Technical Photography from ASU. I went on to receive a graduate degree in Photography in Vancouver, BC while continuing to capture weddings in a photojournalistic style. Enjoy a few favorites from last night’s gorgeous wedding at The Washington Duke Inn. Over the years, I have seen their staff continually delight wedding couples and their guests. These colorful flowers are from Ninth Street Flowers. Steve Stowe of the always fabulous Joe Bunn DJ Company kept the dance floor packed with everyone of every age until midnight!

Fresh Affairs created stunning bouquets for the wedding while Joe Bunn DJ Company kept everyone on the dance floor!
Anna Katherine & Matt’s wedding was in the heart of lovely Chapel Hill, NC. Here are a few favorites from the ceremony at University Presbyterian Church on Franklin Street.
After the announcement of the new Mr. & Mrs. we headed across the UNC campus to a beautiful reception at The Carolina Inn. As Anna Katherine & Matt crossed Franklin Street…
…Matt took the perfect opportunity to carry his bride so she didn’t have to walk through dirt in her fabulous wedding gown and heels!

On this day full of thunderstorms and tornado warnings, our studio is hosting bridal portraits in a controlled environment away from the worries of the outdoors. Of course, we can always do on-location shoots and we love those, too. But, on days like this, we are thankful to have a studio for you!
