I remember updating my facebook status the night I returned home from this wedding. It went something like this…”martha manning was reminded of love and the goodness of people at today’s wedding”. Kimberly and Brian’s wedding would have made anyone shed a tear and bring on the goosebumps. The Barn at Valhalla in Chapel Hill was a perfect setting with every element of natural beauty.

The amazing people at Beau Catering along with their “fresh, local, personal” approach helped Kimberly and Brian stick to their plan of keeping their wedding from making a huge footprint on the Earth. I love their idea of using bamboo plates and utensils -they were put in the compost afterwards to use again for next years’ crops! How cool is that?!
And they danced the night away!

These photos are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! My fiance and I are getting married at the Barns at Valhalla in January, and these pictures speak the the natural beauty that is this place. Thank you for posting these! Also, do you know where this beautiful dress is from? I LOVE it, it is really simple, but incredibly gorgeous, I am looking for something similar but have not been able to find anything, anywhere. If you know, I would LOVE to find something similar under the same designer.
